Inspiration:
With the holidays gone and the cold setting in it gets harder to keep moving and to find a balance. How can we enjoy the natural quiet and self-reflexive quality of winter with out getting the winter blues? For me I find some solace in an inspiring book, lunch with friends and forcing my self to get bundle up on occasion to get out for a brisk walk. So this month my choice for inspiration is The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Eckhart Tolle always helps me get out of a slump which is why I love him for a winter read. Hope you enjoy.
Have a happy New Year and thank you for all of your support!
