Yall don't know how hard it was for us jikookers in the ye olden days. Back in my day, Jimin turning JK around and jumping onto his back behind the stage of a GoGo performance was what got me to give me them a side-eye (and nobody even talks about that moment). Yall are spoiled 😭😭

Assurance

majkuindelululand made a really nice post about jikook dynamics and I wholeheartedly agree with them. A little moment that came up recently that I felt fit in nicely with what they said was JK's performance at Hobi's concert. Countless times JK glanced over where the other members were sitting during his performance. Of course he could have just been looking over at his members, but given his track record, I would say it was majorly JM. And yes, like others have said, it may just be him being cheeky considering his songs. But to me, it felt like more of a reassurance. I've seen it time and time again during award shows, music shows, and interviews that when JK felt discouraged, nervous or unsure about something he would look at JM, go to JM, or JM would be the only one to notice. As a reassurance, JK would get a nod, a smile and/or a head pat.

I felt like the glances were another form of that. It was his first performance after ms and though he is a seasoned idol, it's been 1.5 years and he doesn't have his 6 brothers with him. As you saw from the jikook live, the pair of them could hardly keep a conversation going for more than three minutes before succumbing to awkward shyness at having to be in front of a camera again.

So yes! I 100% think JK is the one who needs a little more reassurance/encouragement from JM than JM may need from him. Just because JK likes to be All-Black Wearing Biker Boxer Big Muscle Cool Guy ™ most of the time doesn't mean that he doesn't need support/comfort from his closest person and just because JM likes to be Cutie Sexy Lovely Sweet Guy ™ doesn't mean he isn't a strong source of stability for his person.

The hiding behind the bouquets together? Their giggles when they make eye contact? Their supportive smiles and nods when the other one is talking? Jikook is back like they never left baby

you know, I just wonder about the people who believe jikook are dating other people. I genuinely believe they are and have been dating, but let's just say for the fun of it that they aren't dating one another but other people entirely. Like . . . what s/o would be okay with what Jikook be doing?? Excuse me? There's a limit to friendship, esp when you're dating someone else. With the shit jikook get up to I'd be accusing them of cheating, full stop.
