it’s the night after her first show-- and she’s about to do her first stagedoor. for those who haven’t done it before, the prospect could be intimidating. a section of sidewalk barred off with barricades, keeping the fans of the show from swarming them, but not completely separated. they get the chance to meet their audience, to interact with them-- it’s great. delilah’s been going to stagedoors after broadway shows since she was little, always one to ask questions about the production rather than the actors themselves. but now-- it’s different. this time there could be people out there that want her autograph, despite how foreign that seems. she’ll take a deep breath, taking only a moment of time to think about it before shoving the door in front of her open to the cheers of the crowd.
