KH/MCU Headcanon: Kree! Aqua

Like all Kree, she was born in Hala to a scientist and Starforce sniper, Min-Erva. 

Min-Erva would tell stories of how horrible the Skrulls are while her father would often try to find good in them.

Aqua also met Vers/Carol when she was child.

Back then, Aqua would see her mother or father in the Supreme Intelligence when they would communicate but now she sees Terra, Ventus or Eraqus. 

As a child, she harbored racist beliefs against the the Skrulls as expected for a Kree child to be exposed to propaganda but she grew out of it when she met other people from different worlds. 

Her father gave her away to Eraqus when the Kree found out she can wield a keyblade. 

Aqua keeps her Kree stuff hidden in her room for keepsake like a Starforce uniform her mother gave her and dozens of Kree propaganda posters. She keeps telling herself to throw those out.

Terra and Ventus are aware she’s not human, especially when she was bleeding blue blood once.

Eraqus helped grow Aqua out of her xenophobia for the Skrulls since it is the duty of a wielder to protect everyone not just a few who deserve it. Also showed her the truth about the matter.

She still speaks Kree and translates it to her friends.

Yon-Rogg sort of became Aqua’s stepdad after her father was executed for treason by Min-Erva whom he lambasted her for.

Carol is also her stepmom or aunt.

Her full name is Geheneris Min’dotter Aq-Ua.
