I managed to find out the Sailor Moon cel I have is from Episode 162 which is near the very end of Super S and the artist on it is Minako Ito. <3
I’m busy getting it framed but I’ll show you guys when I get it back if you want.
Just wanted to say a general thanks to all the crazy Sailor Moon fans out there who actually make it possible for me to figure out who the artist is simply through visual references. <3
