MaruMina marriage proposal headcanon:
Marco puts the ring in the wine glass but he forgets which glass it is so after they do cheers he drinks from the wrong one and accidentally swallows the ring. Then Mina’s all like, “What’s wrong, ho- OH my goodness; you are choking. You’re choking! Okay, Heimlich, don’t fail me now!” And after thirty seconds of doing the heimlich maneuver, Marco finally spits the ring out into her empty wine glass and she’s just like, “Huh? What’s that?”
And he just feels so embarrassed and ashamed over the mistake that he doesn’t notice her freaking out and crying happily until she hugs him and accepts.
