The end of an amazing chapter in my life, and what an amazing journey it was. I admire your courage most chef, after that it’s your commitment to your thoughts and your imagination (and the skills to back it up). Leaving the Mina Group isn’t the end as I know we are never really more than a text away but it is significant in the fact that you were such an immeasurable part of such an amazing thing. Roth Hall, I can remember my first time walking through this door, it’s smaller than I remember but the memories triggered by being on property are truly grand. It was an amazing operation then but to see how much it has grown since then is a testament to the culture & continued relevance as a whole.
