I completed one of my New Year’s resolutions by rememorizing T.S. Eliot’s The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock (after a couple of years of neglect, most of it was still in there). I think this is my favourite part; it always reminds me of Alec Guinness. I love his reading and always hear his voice and inflections in my head when I recite it to myself.
