@danganronpatrashcan A Spell to Work Out Your Love Life Gather ingredients: - a jar with a lid - an object representing yourself - an object representing what you wish to overcome - black string or yarn - lavender - mint - honey or sweetener of your choice - a teacup, kettle, and spoon - water (can be moon water, tap, or purified) - pink, white, and orange candles - notebook and pen - dirt from outside (if it is snowy and iced over, use some from a houseplant or something that can represent the ground) Before you begin, make sure you are relaxed and ready. Start by mixing lavender and mint into the water. Bring to a boil and turn it down to simmer til the desired flavor. A good mix would be four cups of water to one cup of mint to one-fourth cup lavender. Feel free to change it as desired. Draw a circle however you desire (salt, water, trace one with your finger). Place the jar in the middle. At the top of the circle place the white candle, representing you. To the right, pink, representing love. To the left, orange, for wisdom. Light them. This would be where you invoke any deity, spirit, or other being if you wish. As you wait for it to the tea to be ready, think about what you wish to accomplish and write it down. Strain out the leaves and pour the tea into your cup. (Optional: leave the tea leaves in so that you can read them later. I do not know much about this form of divination, so you'll need to research this yourself.) Stir honey in clock wise while saying: "The earth shall ground me, the wind shall guide me. My heart and mind are one accord." Repeat as needed. Drink the tea and allow it to relax you. Think about what you want this spell to do for you. After you finish the tea, put into the jar the dirt (the earth), lavender (heart), and mint (mind). The air in the jar will represent the wind. Place what you wrote on the paper inside as well. Bind together the item for you and your objective with the black thread seven times while thinking on your objective and knot it three times, for mind, body and spirit. Place it in the jar. Draw the sigil in the picture above on the lid and seal it. (If you need clarification on the sigil, feel free to message me.) Decorate however you wish. Blow out the candles and undo the circle. Don't forget to thank the deity or spirit if you chose to invoke one. You can charge the spell by shaking the jar, placing it in sunlight, reading what you wrote, and/or retracing the sigil. This spell can be modified by switching out the ingredients for ones that suit your purpose. I would also recommend changing the sigil and candle colors as well. Try it out and tell me what you think!
