Here’s Nibbles, Joe’s seldom-seen pet. She's a red-ink infected Mind-Crawler smuggled from Devil-Lizard Island he obtained from the black market. She likes hanging out in Joe’s back pocket, knocking things over, and bananas.

protip for those making Mind-Crawler OCs: though I draw Worm Jeff as looking like a leopard gecko, literally any kind of lizard can be the basis of a Mind-Crawler's design (salamanders too!) You could make a bearded dragon Mind-Crawler OC if you so wished.

head canon thing: worm Jeff could impregnate female host with parasitic eggs which then grow into other worm jeffs and burst out of the abdominal cavity

but Wormy can’t lay eggs (he doesn’t have the “equipment!”) Mind-Crawlers (which is the species which Worm Jeff belongs to) which are ovulating make their nests in dark, shady areas like cupboards, filing cabinets, or possibly even under your bed, not in people.
