LOVE SLOWS DOWN
Falling in love is easy but the hard part is staying there. This is true. Before, I am asking and wanting our relationship to mature and grow. Yes, it is mature now, yet it grows colder, Passion fades, the sparks dissipate and now, it’s just our everyday life. Often times, you are taking me for granted. For the simple words that I said that you easily forget, for the simple sorry that I need before I sleep (because usually I head first) in bed when you know that I am waiting for us to talk things over before we sleep, for I can’t hear you supporting me as I am wanting to have a baby, for the times I cried in front of you but you don’t do things or said words to comfort me, for the wet pillows at night and dries in the morning. Text, calls, updating each other are dying, butterflies flying away.
