Mindbugs also known as “Queens” are a special species of Shadow Loner that causes severe cranial malfunctions. Queens are .5 millimeters tall. Making them hard to see in grassy areas. Queens have a unique kind of marking never before seen in the “Shadow” species The nickname “Queen” is given to it because of it’s abilities to manipulate whoever is under its control like a pawn. [As of recording] We only have one Queen in detainment. It is currently inhabiting the brain of Captain Heinrich last seen after his unfortunate expedition to the “Shadow Dimension”.
The Queen was discovered through a heat scan to see if Heinrich had any inner scars/injuries. Upon scanning his upper body the radar had immediately detected an abnormally cold signature. Alerting those in the medical ward. Heinrich was immediately. Taken from the ward and placed back in his isolation chamber being deemed the name “Queen’s Pawn”. Studies were held to see and record what kind of effects the creature had on the Pawn’s mind.Effects include:
-Slight schizophrenia
-Loss of Concentration,Inhibition,Creativity,Judgement,Planning and Emotional Expression
We presume the creature is somehow affecting the brain’s signal transfer. Here we have a diagram to help show what is exactly being affected.

Interview - 1
On ██/██/20██ Captain Heinrich, who of which is now been renamed “Pawn” was taken out of solitary and placed in a five by five meter room. Alongside one table with a lamp. Subject has been handcuffed on his wrist and legs. Subject has also been notified that if they attempt to make any move to either attack researchers they will be tased repeatedly and placed back in solitary. Dr. Rycard: Pawn. What exactly happened in the Shadow Dimension?
