Hey anon!

So, I’m pretty private and don’t even have my name on here. But I can tell you a few things!

I’m an old millennial (aka definitely an adult), I have a black cat who I sometimes think is actually a person is disguise because she is incredibly sassy and way too smart. Orcas are my favorite animal and I’m very anti animal testing- especially in the cosmetics industry. I love baking, have a worthless bachelors degree, and like to try new hobbies randomly. (Embroidery was a success. Crocheting has been a huge fail.) Currently my hobby has been bookbinding and I’m enjoying learning the new methods!

I absolutely love and am devastated by the fic overreaction, but out of curiosity, and I kinda figured so I’m sorry if this is a goofy question but does the reader dump Spencer post fic? I hope she doesn’t stay, especially after the last line about him having a reasonable explanation 🤦‍♀️ Spencer had me fuming, lol in my reblog I was the #1 Spencer hater because even after he sees the reader he doesn’t go to her?!? I can’t even🤦‍♀️ This may be petty but I hope she does and not Spencer 🙈 maybe gets with Luke too just to piss Spencer off Also, I just wanted to say you’re an amazing writer!!

I’m so so glad you liked Overreaction and some of my other work! Thank you so much for reading and this message. Side note - not a goofy question at all and I am all for questions like this!!

The thing is, I left this fic in particular open ended so you as the reader can decide what happens! Partially because I couldn’t pick which way to go - I had multiple ideas, the two biggest below. One was more angst and the other was more hopeful.

One thought was to write a second part where reader is in surgery, having flashbacks of all the moments where Spencer chose JJ or someone else over them. It would have had Spencer outside her room where she is hooked up to monitors, looking in but not going in, and then looking at the room JJ is in and debating what to say to explain himself despite knowing he can’t. Then reader would wake up in the hospital room alone, acknowledging there wouldn’t ever be a reasonable explanation they could accept.

The more hopeful thought was a second part where Spencer talks to his mother and she says something like “JJ is a fantasy to you and you use her to escape how deeply you are in love with reader because you are terrified of being seen so completely” and then goes through different scenes where Spencer chooses reader and how important they are. It would have ended with Spencer groveling to reader in the hospital, crying while they’re still unconscious and ended with reader waking up and saying “I knew you would have a reasonable explanation”.

But really, if you want reader to end things with Spencer - then they do!! The second part is not going to be written because I enjoy when some fics are open for interpretation. (Also, your idea of Luke Alvez?? Phew, yes please.)

14: Do you miss someone?

Not really, actually. I just spent a week at my parents house so I guess I do miss them - it was nice to see them after not seeing them for so long.

19: Would you go back in time if you were given the chance?

As in time travel to just watch things occur but my being there has no impact? Yes! As in to go change things in my personal life? Nah.

34: What was your last dream?

Ket!! You already know this 😂 ugh, I had a terrible dream that I met Spencer Reid IRL and he made me read my fanfics out loud to him AND his mother. His mom made some comment about my writing not being as well written as 16th century literature 😂 This of course happened after my last fic, which isn’t even the raunchiest thing I’ve posted but it did make me seriously consider deleting things!

Oooo, I’m actually having a great day! Maybe a tiny bit irritated it’s not Thursday so I can’t order the Chinese food I’ve been craving all week yet? I’ll go with that!

36: Do you give out second chances too easily?

Haaaa, um, well…. I don’t think I give them out too easily but others would disagree. I would say I give out too many second chances vs. giving them out too easily.

69: Do you believe in soulmates?

Part of me wants to, but the other (slightly larger) part of me doesn’t. They’re both a romantic comfort idea but also so tragically sad. I like the idea of them if everything worked out or in fantasy worlds where there is a sure way to know.

Noooo! I promise I’m not actually angsty in real life! 😂 it’s funny that I started this blog for smut and now just write a ton of angst. (And yet my numbers are trending downwards hmmmm)
