Did it carry you from place to place? Allow you to read, write, learn? Did you interact with others? Did you smile? What are you able to do because of it? Can you walk, run, jump, dance, skip, shuffle, swing, glide, roll, paint, hug, kiss, make music, lift groceries and children, pet animals, feel temperature, taste chocolate? What are you grateful for? No matter what your body looks or feels like, which ailments or disabilities you may have, there is always something for which you can be grateful… Life is all about perception… If you focus on what’s wrong with your body, that’s all you’ll see.
