Welcome to our first Mindful Monday, today I will be introducing a special young woman. Her name is Jenna, a yogi & yoga instructor in training! I met Jeena few months ago at my sister group @soulsistersocial (follow them on IG & FB).
The second I met her, her happy vibrations came off so much. It makes you smile, instantly. And her smile, laugh is infectious in the best way possible. I am grateful to have met her, I honor her space & her bravery. She has given me strength, inspiration & calmness. Not only with her yoga yet with her words. She is an amazing soul, proud to call her my sister & happy she is in my life.
I'm so excited to announce Jeena as our Mindful Monday Muse. Every Monday I will share her journey with you, might be a lesson, video, post, read or just Jeena being Jeena 😍
