Girl Boss - Mindy Grossman
Forbes.com posted a short with Mindy Grossman, the CEO of HSN, who’s been one of the top 100 women in business for over 10 years. She talks about how she relaunched HSN, took it public, and made it a billion dollar business. The achievements blow my mind.
My favorite bit of the video is when she gives advice to young women starting in their careers. Her best advice: “aim to have impact” - look to make your coworkers and the company successful, and you will be successful. She also comments on the importance of hiring extraordinary people.
Video won’t embed, so check it out here
Smart lady.
