The idea of sex in the library won't leave my mind making me want to keep coming back to it.

They spent so much time in this room in those three years over their reading lessons, together but not really, bearing this love for each other and letting it grow, but keeping it stashed away. Letting it just be there without fully acknowledging it.

So I imagine the library for both of them would be associated with repressed feelings, yearning, loneliness and grief for a (supposedly) lost connection. Moreso for Fenris because he couldn't have known that Hawke wouldn't at some point choose to move on to someone else.

Not that big of a problem for Hawke who mostly wanted his best friend to just be there. Still, they'd gotten so close, then had to pull away abruptly with Fenris putting up a wall between them to hide behind. To hide from Hawke as he tried to deal with his internal struggles on his own. Hawke understood that kind of need and never tried to push. Nevertheless it must have felt pretty lonely.

So they talk a little about that. (Because they always talk and it's what drives me insane about them). Fenris likely mentions that he'd like to have more happier memories connected to this place, in particular this table. Hawke doesn't mind at all and possibly jokes that they could put another bed here if Fenris so desires... idk

Anyway, after this Hawke dramatically clears out the table sending all the papers flying, and you know how it goes (wait is it viewable now? If not here's an alterlink)

Unless I think of something else to put there...

Hawke has just fucked Fenris on the library desk as per Fen's request. Previously he'd admitted to having fantasized about it for a long time. Until now they only ever used it for their reading lessons...

They are both out of breath and Hawke who already pulled his pants back up because butts need to be covered and the angle is terrible is helping Fenris sit up and he's nuzzling his hair or perhaps kissing his nose/forehead or whatever.

His beard is likely tickling, making Fenris laugh. Or maybe he's just pleased with himself, that his suggestion was good for them both.
