Earlier today, I logged into Bedrock Edition and got the Common Cape. They're handing this out to everyone who logs into Bedrock Edition until early May of 2026 (at the time of typing this, that's a year from now).

It's not in Java Edition and its in-game rarity is "Common", but given that everyone in Bedrock Edition has the Pan Cape, this will be less common than it once accounts are made after the distribution of this cape expires.

Again, this uses a skin of Red from Pokemon.
