Heroes have longer soles and their legs below the knee have a curve to them, this is why when they sprint their sprint appears ‘feathered’ or bouncy, this is also why they can survive longer falls. With sufficient runway they can easily jump 3 meters (distance). One of the many reasons why if you see a hero run they often jump between steps: it’s faster.
