A true creature of the night that could indeed eat meat if he really had to eat. Too bad his job as an admin keeps him too busy for such trivial things like food. He’s very proud of his appearance and ability to make spectacular light shows that may-or-may-not have the ability to induce lethal damage to somepony.

WOW i had a bad time with the outfit. Definitely will fix it in other drawings if ever. I would have made it as detailed as the horn if anything other than simple pencil and paper work didn’t give me such a hard time.
