Wtf. No more minzii? What do hu do, mun?

Ah... so... about that...

I was RPing Danzii with afatedendingfantrolls' Pacton. He'd been injured and Danzii happened upon him. He helped, as he would, and they were hanging out and talking. Pacton was in bad shape but needed to go back to his hive, so Danzii agreed to go with him. There was mild flirting, but seriously nothing sketch. Just friendly banter. But... Pacton, not knowing Danzii had a matesprit, kissed him. And Danzii, though only for a second, kissed back out of... instinct? He didn't think or mean to. He just reacted. But he quickly halted everything and sent Pacton on alone so he could go come clean to Minell. He felt awful, but telling him was the right thing to do. Minell didn't take it well, which was understandable, and basically told Danzii to fuck off. Which is also understandable. Matespritship over. Minzii ended. Danzii has retreated to Pacton's, and things got a little heated. It happens when one is in desperate need of comfort. Needing to make himself feel like what happened-- what he lost --had some meaning. That it wasn't just some... mistake. No one knows where it will go from here necessarily, but I've spoken to Pacton's mun, and we expect Pacton will be Danzii's new matesprit. Eventually. Getting from Point A to Point B is the tricky part, though.

Sorry about Minzii... on multiple levels.

"Whoa there, friend. Hold on just a second. I think you're getting a bit ahead of yourself. I intend to take this process as slow and gentle as Minell requires. I'm in absolutely no hurry, certainly not at the expense of his sense of security. What sort of sprit would I be to put my desires abovve his care and comfort?"

For Danzii ofc. Someone threatening minell. "I know who you love..."

Danzii steps between his sprit and the accuser. "I highly suggest you back off. If Minell doesn't wish to discuss such things with you, then I certainly won't stand by allow you to pressure him into it." He put his hand on the other troll's chest. "And, if you won't back down vvoluntarily, I'll be more than happy to assist in the matter."

"Oh, Minell," Danzii called from the living room of his hive, "could you come here for a moment? I havve a surprise for you."

"Good lord, Minell! What is the meaning of this? Are you trying to givve me a coronary? What if that message had accidentally been sent to someone else? Why are you evven taking those sorts of photos?"

Danzii, I heard minell got molested when he was younger. How does that make you feel? It made me so angry when I saw that. Poor baby little minell is gonna have a hard time opening to you and start to act like a normal person.

"Yes, unfortunate as it may be, it seems he was... abused," Danzii chokes out, unable to even use the word 'molested.' He shifts his weight uncomfortably and clenches his fist a few times at his side. "It makes me... furious. But that has no bearing on much of anything, as the past is the past and the future is what's in front of us. I can do little more than ensure no one evver harm him like that again. As for opening up to me, I'm happy to wait as long as I have to, evven without any assurance that he'll evver be receptivve to my... emerging feelings. I certainly wouldn't call anything about him abnormal, though. He's doing the best he can with the hand he's been dealt, and I think he's doing exceedingly well under the circumstances."
