Another Lost Gen team drawing! I just really love Team Rocket’s Pokémon for… obvious reasons. Mingoat doesn’t allow any human except for James on its back (as well as Jessie under special circumastances) but it doesn’t mind smaller Pokémon sitting on it. They’re so light it barely feels any weight anyway. Only while they may be allowed to ride on it, that doesn’t mean they can tell it where to go. Mingoat is an independent woman. Unless James is there. In that case it will listen to James.

Mingoat/Minikit Fakemon species

SO I heard some people might be interested in hearing about my fakemon species so here we are! They're called Mingoat!

I made a Toyhouse page for them because that's easier for me to access and keep track of, so if you're interested, please follow this link!

The pre-evolutionary stage is called Minikit, I haven't had too much time to develop those but here's a short version too! Please note that both of these are WIPs (and lack pictures still, i'm looking for good artists to commission so please do advertise yourself!)

I also have a specific OC of the species, which belongs to James. Basically imagine a "lost gen" or something that happens somewhere in the anime inbetween canons.

Here's James' Mingoat's bio, it's a well-meaning dumbass and I love it.

It'd never HURT her, but it does not appreciate anyone but its trainer trying to give it commands or even sitting on it. So it'll just sit down and wait for the problem to solve itself.

So in my "lost gen" AU, this is how TR travels around. Partially because it's convenient, but mainly because because of all the cuddle possibilities!

Jess has gotta hold on to something, right? Especially if Mingoat speeds up! Or what if they fall asleep? Possibilities are endless, and I live for it ~

I’ve mentioned often enough that James catches a Mingoat in the Lost Gen AU. James also keeps his Mime Jr, and Mingoat immediately adopts it as its precious son.

Although it is usually very clumsy and large (not a very convenient combination), when it’s around Mime Jr, it becomes the most gentle and careful creature on the entire planet. Mingoat may be a huge dumbass but this baby is its SON
