Hello! I'm Tasha. Welcome to this tumblr site and the subsequent insanity that is about to follow. But not to worry, that's why this pinned post is here! With almost everything you need to know about this blog.
To start: I am a twenty-one year-old woman from Wellington, NZ. I am graduating from Massey University at the end of this year with a degree in Commercial Music Practice.
I'm a singer-songwriter with a soft spot for pop music and way too many harmonies, I have been singing for as long as I can remember and I started playing guitar when I was fifteen years-old, which is what threw me into songwriting. Some of my musical influences include Parachute, Set It Off, Melanie Martinez and Taylor Swift.
I have a lot of love for lyric writing, and out of all of my musical skills I feel as though it's my strongest. Sometimes I spend months deliberating on the way I want my words to be arranged and visualised, other times I have a stroke of creativity so strong that I just have to get it all out of my system in 15 minutes.
With that out of the way here's a quick overview of my website!:
At the top of site you'll notice five links. Home, Message, Projects, Gallery and Navigation. These all link back to specific parts of this webpage.
Home: Clicking this will bring you back to the home page (in case you get lost.)
Message: Clicking this link will take you to the ask function of Tumblr, you can leave me a message here and I can respond to it and post it right to the site!
Projects: Clicking this link will take you to a master post of all of my projects and information about them.
Gallery: Clicking this link will filter the blog to only show you posts that have been tagged gallery, this covers all photoshoot images.
Navigation: Clicking this link will send you to a master post of every hyperlink and every tag on the blog. If you're looking for something really specific.
On the left you'll notice side bar containing five sections. About, Links, Events, Projects and Affiliates. Links that are included here all link to seperate web pages.
About: My about bio is located at the top of the page and the side bar on the left. This is just a short description of me and the work you can find on this page.
Links: My links to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages can be found in these hyperlinks and the side bar on the left of the page.
Events: Any and all my events that have, are or will be happening!
Projects: My current projects, musical or otherwise. Complete with dates and statuses!
Affiliates: These are other Tumblr pages that I run, and are related solely to the projects I'm currently working on.
And finally, at the bottom of the page, is a banner. On this banner there is a disclaimer and subsequent site info, including hit counter and credit to the wonderful ShuDesigns who created the theme.
