I got a “hamster calendar mini 2020″ as a surprise xmas gift this year. There are 7 cardboard hamsters, each only 3″ high, that fit in a slotted base to stand upright. To show a month, you change which cardboard hamster is in front, or you flip the card over to show the backside. Each month’s hamster is a different breed, and some of them are holding different things like a flower or an almond or a piece of broccoli. I put the calendar-hamster into a cup partway filled with wrapping tissue to photograph and share on this blog. ... I was just going to say that stuff above and post this with the top 2 images only, but I decided at the last minute to scan both sides of each hamster calendar card so you can all see how cute they are for yourselves.
