I tried a new recipe tonight from @lowcarbyum. The recipe is for zucchini fritters. I had seen a different recipe that used their waffle maker rather than frying them. Let me tell you, these are AH-MAZING! I made 8 and cooked them for 2 minutes each in my mini dash.
