My Confusing Mini Drama – Click Your Heart
So NetFlix just added few more Kdramas in their list and was so glad when I browsed the ‘Recent Release’, I saw this ‘Click Your Heart’ with just 7 episodes – so I told myself ‘why not, just go and watch it’ - a filler drama – it will not take me days to finish it, just like watching a movie (less than that even). Episodes are very short – I think the longest one is 12 minutes if I am not mistaken.
The story is about a school girl who just transferred school and rumors has it that she is so unlucky – almost all the people close to her or interact with her experience misfortunes. So she moved to this school where her childhood friend is studying (surprisingly he is fine – no trouble happened to him over time that they were friends). This friend have feelings for her for quite sometime now (thought he was the second lead).
Then another episode showed another character who I thought was the lead, and then another guy showed up and then another guy. So that’s 4 guys in total who will for sure battle their way in to her heart. At first I was like thinking that, would be difficult, I am having challenge already watching a Kdrama with a main and second lead and cannot decide who to root for, now this drama is giving me 4 cute guys – hello! This is pure torture.
So yeah, I continued watching and when it ended, I was like – what did I just watched? Automatically, I need to go online to read some reviews just to understand this Kdrama as I totally did not get it. Besides I will not watch it again as for sure I will not understand it even if I watched this 100 times. As I watched it, episodes just showed that she ended up with 4 – how did that happen? I was thinking, how fickle minded this girl was, as she just committed to 4 of them, another scenario I was thinking is that she has like twin twins (this is what I call – 2 twins –cause it’s like 4 guys!!) – lol.
So I look for answers online (where we usually find enlightenment and answers to our life’s questions) I read one review saying that it is a unique drama since it will make you choose which guy you want her to end up with. I did not feel that in the drama at all – in fact I got confused. But then again if their goal is really what the review is for, they did not achieve this on me. But let’s just pretend that I got and understood the concept of this drama, my choice would be…Ju Ho – the bad boy who looked like Anime – seriously, but I love the hair though.
So I did not stop there, I searched for more answers…and most of the reviews I read is the same as the one I initially bumped into. An interactive drama that makes you choose which guy you want the lead to end up with...and yeah they convinced me and that’s the only time I understood this drama.
This is so short but still once I finished it, it made me realize that I did not get the drama at all, and still need the help of kdrama fans to explain it to me. Rather than feeling good about watching a filler – I went like –EH?!! What the heck was that. Well it’s just me and my 2 cents…I was relieved though after reading the reviews as that was the only way I would understand the concept of this drama. I think even if I watched it again, I will still not understand this one, thank you for those reviews that helped me realize what is it about.
So for now, I will continue my current Dorama – Shining Inheritance, I’m in episode 22 already and this is when the first kiss happened – freaking episode 22. Oh well, I am enjoying it anyhow so no complains..xoxo
