#Milestones: weight loss has proven to be a difficult thing for many. There’s obviously so much that goes into the process, and once you really figure out the process, you then have to find a way to stick to it. Sometimes, it takes finding something to motivate you along the way. One way of staying motivated is to celebrate mini-milestones. It can be hard enough to lose that first pound, let alone whatever your full goal is. It can help to celebrate and congratulate yourself when you hit certain milestones. The milestone settings you use can be whatever you want, and likely different from many others who may be setting milestones and goals. For me, I always celebrate the first few pounds I lose because I know how difficult the process can be when it comes to consistency. One little slip up can reverse your progress completely, so it helps to keep you motivated when you see the results you want, and when you celebrate them. Today, I celebrate my first milestone. Today marks day three of my restarting the PSMFDiet, and I am down 5.6lbs, which is slightly over 10% of my goal, which is 40lbs.
