All things considered, I’m not heartbroken. 

It’s my third week in a row of dedicated weight-lifting. I’m already feeling stronger, more energized. I’ve started alternating between eating just below my estimated TDEE on my training days, and eating a “protein sparing modified fast” on my rest days. (To keep my body from cannibalizing any of the muscle I’ve gained.)

I’m sure I’m building muscle at a slower rate than I would if I were doing a straight-up bulk... but what little I have built is already starting to peek through.

Trying on wedding dresses this month. Let’s gooo.

like 14 days til I'm in another country aha

anyway today I just had 470grams of non-fat yogurt (3 servings @ 90 cal each) with a handful of strawberries, also some broth and energy drink earlier

right under 350 calories

tomorrow is veggie omad day

Ok so today is egg-white with spinach day. Thankfully I have cartons of egg-whites, so I don't waste the yolk.

I made a spinach & onion omelette with hot sauce on the side. I also had a handful of blueberries and cup of broth. Altogether 435 calories. I used a lot of the egg-white carton. Meh... Might not eat it this whole thing, though. Am eating a bit earlier today. (5:30 instead of 7)

Tomorrow I'll do just a mono of sugar-free jello for a meal, no mixed meals. From then on only strict mono OMADs, aside from <10 cal energy drinks and black coffee. I'll continue taking photos too.

Not looking forward to my birthday next week... Ugh. If I could lose 8 lbs (3.6kg) by my birthday, I'd be sooo happy.

This might sounds weird, but I prefer putting on my headphones and walking around/frolicking around the house to get my steps in lol. Running up the stairs, dancing around the rooms, etc... preferably when no one is home, of course, but they've already came to the conclusion that I'm a weirdo honestly so whatever.
