Offering access to historical Minneapolis neighborhoods, Mill District and St. Anthony on Main in Northeast Minneapolis. Overlooking Saint Anthony Falls and the upper dam and lock on the Mississippi River. It is the only arched bridge made of stone on the entire length of the Mississippi River. Located between the 3rd Avenue Bridge and the I-35W Saint Anthony Falls Bridge, the Stone Arch Bridge was built in 1883 the Great Northern Railway. The structure is now used as a pedestrian and bicycle bridge.
