 Who’s the strongest character emotionally? 

 Ok so... in terms of Expect to Fly, the strongest character emotionally is probably Erith!

 She’s more savvy than her years let on and she only occasionally takes pains to hide what she’s feeling. Otherwise she’s incredibly in touch and not afraid to voice it as necessary.

Any members of royalty in your WIP?

Not in Expect to Fly, but in WereCreature Chronicles the royal family is a... minor sort of role? I guess? They may be revamped a little for the next draft but as it stands, there’s the crown prince (TSyneth), his younger sister (Laeron), their parents. Chihon (as TSyneth’s fiancee) actually has more of a role, the rest are mostly proxy lmao

I thought of El with the second one so I guess I'm answering for her.

31. What’s their current main conflict?

She's dealing with responsibility and the fact that she's 14 and should not have this responsibility. She knows she's equipped to lead, but she doesn't think she's ready.

46. If this character was in a musical, what would their motif be (what kind of instruments do you hear, what’s the tempo, ect).

A lot of Violin, because it's graceful but can turn violent, and it uses a bow, which is her weapon of choice. It would be calm and soothing, but have a minor chord variant that's kinda terrifying. There'd be a lot of variants of it, but they would all be less by violin.

56. What’s your overall goal with this character? Will they get a happy ending or will they succumb to their faults?

She won't die, but at the end of the series, she won't be happy. (I won't say anymore cause spoilers.)

describing setting. i don’t even know where i am most of the time so idk why this novel bullshit expects me to know where my characters are

13 : Do you write character-driven or plot-driven stories?

character-driven!!! idk a plot!!!! final stop’s outline being done in one day was a fucking miracle and i will never do it again!!

42 : Do critiques motivate or discourage you?

[wishy washy hand motions again] depends on the day, depends on the mood. i won’t ever be pissed off about them, if that’s an answer.

Gunna answer this for Cass, since the holiday season always reminds me of her :)

Star : Who is the most important person to your OC?

Lee, her husband is easily the most important person in the world to her — he’s her partner in every sense of the word.

That love is only rivaled by how important Cass’ children are to her... But she has a tumultuous relationship with her daughter, Sam so it’s a little complicated.

But also, Cass has so many children, and it varies based on the setting she’s in and I honestly can’t keep track... Too many AUs, man. Too many AUs. They’re all important, i guess, whoever they may be.

Tradition : Do they have any holiday traditions?

Cass is ridiculously rich, and has the money to be able to hire housekeepers so she doesn’t have to do any real household things.  However, she does all of the holiday decorations around the house herself by hand.

Jingle : What is their favorite holiday song?

Santa Baby! She likes listening to it on a record because like... retro aesthetic.
