A bounty hunter residing in Sabaody Archipelago, Minoruba was swiftly beaten by Luffy alongside Kairiken. Not much is known about him, but he seems very weak.
(Note: The One Piece Wiki cites his birthday as the 24th, while The Library of Ohara cites it as the 18th, both using the Vivre Card databook as their evidence. Since I can’t read Japanese, I can’t determine which one is erroneous. Usually I consider the One Piece wiki the most credible, however, the Spanish One Piece Wiki cites his birthday as the 18th as well, so I’m assuming the English One Piece Wiki made a typo.)
