For what I'll always remember for your writing: I will always remember the way you hurt me with 'Minpa', as we got to see Felix slowly wither away. I don't think it's my favorite of your works - though I do enjoy it - but it's definitely the single moment that will probably stay with me the longest.

Minpa certainly was one of the saddest pieces I’ve ever written, especially after Grumpy Cat. Maybe even the saddest with many of the responses I get for it. It certainly came out pretty powerful tragedy.

I reread Grumpy Chat to get ready for #Felinette March but then I read Minpa and now I'm sobbing why would you do this???

Because for a long while I wanted to write that sort of set up of single mom and kid recovering from a tragic loss, just to have a go at it and the angst. 

And sometimes you really just want to write the most painful angst. 

But, because it is so sad and painful, Minpa DOESN’T have to count as the true sequel to Grumpy Cat. Actually really do need to do a happier sequel to counter Minpa. It’s in the plan for future fics, just a short little drabble of fluffy Felinette family life.

ok I'm am going to tell yall something that happen to me and to this day i don't understand to this day if its funny of sad so i was in class and being the horrible student i am i was not at all paying attention. So like since like feb i started reading fanfiction so during class that's all i ever did. So i was reading minpa by @imthepunchlord and so just as promised it did make me cry. And so while im reading and silently crying the teacher calls me to answer something and at first i just freeze like oh damn I'm screwed and then while answering it took everything i had to prevent my voice from cracking. now the lesson here is don't read fics that'll make u cry in class u never know when the teacher will call u
