Play It Nice |@Mini
It had been a really long day. With the money Pip had won from a bet at a pub, he had paid a room in some small but decent motel for a week. The Liv topic was still rounding in his mind but he had been clever enough and mature enough to not call her or even text her. It was true he had to hide his phone at night or leave it uncharged so he wouldn't be tempted but whatever it had been, it had worked. Now, it had been a while since he last saw baby Grace and his cousin. He didn't know how the radiator had worked for Big Blue and since Alo had been so nice to him last time he went by the farm, he thought they could do the same again, less oil, more alcohol. Less arguing, more laughter. Less Liv, more... anything.
Hating the road up to the cottage completely, Phillip made it to the grounds, walking with disgust through the dirt that could also be shite. He didn't see Alo's van but he swore he could hear noises coming from his place. He frowned and walked silently towards the shed and stopped at the door's frame. "Cousino? Are you in here? Rags? Baby Grace, did your father left you in here alone?! Grace? Uhm... I'm coming in..." Pip tried to open the door but it was locked. He tried a couple times but it wouldn't work so he looked over to the house. Now he was sweating. The simple thought of calling his aunt out scared him. He twisted a lock of hair and decided to try and open the door with a screw driver. Why was he carrying a screw driver? He had no idea.
