my second time making macarons and they turned out perfect!! I made some last night and while they weren't bad at all they weren't as poof as I like them, so I tried a slightly different technique today LOOK AT THEIR FEET!!

Vanilla macarons with mint buttercream filling! A SUCCESS!! This is my second attempt. Yesterday I made my first batch and they were great! But not as fluffy as I like them.
