So I have a rough idea of her upbringing. Sabe after being apart of the Order of Amidala's and with the death of Darth Vader tries to find some peace and comfort with her daughter. However The Hutt's didn't forget the crimes committed by her. So her and Mirama travel for safety. Usually picking up off jobs.

Miramir learns to fix and repair star ships from their many travels. A skill she'll pass on to her own daughter. Thus as an adult she works as a mechanic. Owning a little shop where a rather regal looking man, a sith prince, comes to get his ship fixed and flirt with the pretty Miramir.
