Three Rivers is about the lives of organ donors, the doctors, and recipients of the organs at Three Rivers, a preeminent transplant hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Miranda Foster (actress Katherine Moennig and the sole focus of this video) is a woman with a reputation of being a rebel and who strives to live up to her father's legacy. [IMDb] 

Dr. Miranda's sexual orientation isn't revealed in the series, but since the last and the most notable role of Katherine Moennig was the notorious lesbian Shane McCutcheon from The L Word, it's almost impossible to perceive her new character as anything but gay...
