So...I over complicated it. Not surprising. But I've had far too many Andy and Steve are long lost twins ideas/feels without much of an outlet, so....

Have a Hawaii 5-0/Three Rivers crossover where Steve and Andy are long long twins. Andy and Danny knew each other, they're both elite water bending levels.

Steve's the Avatar and very jealous(while also unsure how to even tackle the long lost twin thing) and crushing on Danny.

I’ve been lolling so hard about that. John McGarrett, fucking him up before it was fashionable. You think that man follows him because Mick owes him money? Lmao. Plus, dead parents. Dead parents are always convenient.

Honestly I’ve seen Three rivers such a long time ago, I barely remember anything. One thing being, Andy has the same exact attitude towards what people tell him to do, which is, fuck you, I’m Mr Know Better Gonna Do What I Want. I guess when you’re a vamp you get less impressed with people’s authority.
