Fellow TDPA fans! Need help for curiosity's sake (you'll be saving me many playthroughs):
Which pairs of characters in The Dark Pictures Anthology and Until Dawn can potentially max out their relationship meter together in-game (like FULL bar)?
I'm curious if it's a small club or if it's more pairs than I think, and whether the possibilities seem to lean platonic vs romantic. (And if there's already a list somewhere... please send - I tried to look but had no luck)
Please include obvious ones like big romance subplots and ones that are worth a trophy, just so I don't forget anyone 😆 And it's fine if you only know one or two, any help is great

The relationship updates are something else 😂 Sometimes it’s just “Jason reassured Salim” and other times it’s like, let’s get real specific (which can be nice for knowing where you messed up/did well) and add in words like “aggressively” or “respectfully”
Is there another way Salim might have appreciated the reminder? 👀🤭
Also I wouldn’t be me without reading too much into word choice, so - Salim is not “the Americans’” prisoner, not “Nick and Jason’s” prisoner...

Just the fact that they are willing/able to go back to these games makes me v happy
Especially since certain features in the Dark Pictures have improved since they started
And the update is ALREADY OUT?!
plus it means they could do things to HoA someday....? maybe idk idk just throwing that out there like uhhh 2003-shattering Jason and Salim embrace/smooch LOL pls or idk Zain reunion, more alternate end dialogue etc etc okay maybe not but a girl can dream

Here comes the blah blah blah! ✨ Clarice appreciation ✨ because sometimes it just feels nice to get thoughts out
I can understand how she might be off-putting; she’s got an attitude about her, a wry sense of humor. It also seems like she’s very rude to Rachel for no reason, but she’s been working with Eric for a while and would have gotten a very one-sided view of Rachel as a result. It just makes sense to me that she’d already have some preconceived idea in her head. She’s not at all surprised by the reveal that Rachel is cheating on her boss, and is able to guess she’s cheating with Nick instantly. Then, add Rachel’s own subordinates calling her “Queen Bitch” on top of it all and I think Clarice felt justified putting up some preliminary defenses for Mrs. King.
But then, of course, all of that can be challenged or reinforced in “Bloodbath,” with Rachel potentially becoming Clarice’s strongest advocate in the temple and the two actively saving one another’s lives. They complement some of the game’s themes of loyalty and unlikely alliances (with options to help/abandon, just like Kurum & Balathu and Jason & Salim).

Also, can you imagine choosing to stay behind in the dark caverns where there are horrible monsters to die alone, sick and hurting? GahhH
