“What are you doing here at this hour?” The genasi knew it wasn’t anyone on her typical rolodex nowadays. After all, the ritual had caused many to sever ties and the already small friend group that surrounded Daphne had shrunk to mostly Adelaide. Even her friend in ritual-arms, so to speak, was dangerous to see given Thanatos had taken her in. Her encounters with vampire’s hadn’t exactly been going well anyhow and she had started to realize she would need to be more careful. That’s when bits of panic truly begins to set in and it shows in the genasi’s expression, “Is everyone okay?”
