I had a hand dolly made for my mirror dinghy at a local welding shop.  The price came to about $250 I think.  An aluminum frame and regular bicycle wheels.  The frame comes apart with a pin, so I can take it in the car, and the wheels can rust all they want, I'll just replace them in a couple of years.  The photos don't show it, but there are two blocks for the bow and stern. I glued foam pads on the blocks too. 

It works great!

Homemade Tarp for my Mirror Dinghy (part 2).  I bought expensive Marine canvas, but I thought I would test out my design on an $18 blue tarp first.  Turned out pretty good.
