mirror pronouns mean that the person wants to be referred with the same pronouns of the opposite person !! so basically,, you use your own pronouns on them
if someone with she/her pronouns were to talk about me,, she'd refer to me as she/her too. whereas if someone with they/he pronouns were to talk about me,, they'd refer to me as they/he. the same applies to neopronouns ect
