DND CHARACTER // HUMAN BLOOD HUNTER
Hey, let me introduce the very first DND character I created ever. He was made for my friend's small dnd module.
His name's Misato Hin, 25 y/o.
His clan consists of political dissidents who left Wa after the end of the civil war. They were once renowned blacksmiths who created unique swords imbued with a soul, but the clan has since fallen into decline and lost the technology to produce them. Surprisingly, Hin's life is connected neither to blacksmithing nor to Wa. He was born and raised in Baldur's Gate, within the Order of the Silver Stake — hunters of lycanthropes. He himself is a bearer of lycanthropy, though until a certain point, he was not considered contagious. His gray skin and red eyes are the consequences of taking herbs in attempt to suppress the curse by his pregnant mother (she was bitten by a werewolf before Hin was born).
I wanted to portray him as the boy-next-door type, so he has a lively, goofy and energetic personality, is a reliable friend, and tries to judge people by their actions. Adorkable is the perfect word to discribe him.
Hin wears a red scarf in memory of his deceased mother, who also left him two paired daggers, Kanesada and Izumi, which contain the soul of an ancient woman-samurai. Only Hin can hear their voice, as he belongs to the Misato clan.
