Here it is, part 2 of Miyusawa True Colors fancomic.
I know I alredy say it before, but just in case, it's based on the song True Colors, version of Justin Timberlake feat. Anna Kendrick, because I like the ideia to imagine Miyuki as Justin and Sawamura as Anna.
I hope you guys like it. Enjoy
Ps .: My pen just failed when I was doing the final lineart, so most of the pages are in pencil lineart.
Person A: *staring very intensely at B’s chest*
Person B: What is it?
Person A: Your shirt.
Person B, looking down at their shirt: What’s wrong with it?
Person A: It’s still on you.
The glare of his watch told him that it was too late to have begun heading home. Resting his head back, he glanced outside the subway car, watching the lights blur together at the speed they were moving. It really was quite beautiful, yet all he could focus on was blearily reading the sign at the top of the subway to let him know when his stop was. His day had been so long, that he had to use his remaining dregs of energy just to stay awake. Eventually hearing the announcement that they were arriving at his stop, he managed to pull himself up. Only remembering to grab his bag as an afterthought, he allowed himself to be swept out of the train onto the station.
Functioning essentially on autopilot he managed to make his way back home, only staggering a little from the exhaustion creeping up his back. Finally reaching his front door, he pulled out his keys and unlocked the door. Inside, it was completely dark, no noise coming from the TV or anywhere else in the house. Toe-ing his shoes off and hanging his jacket up, he silently walked inside and placed his bag on the kitchen counter. As he glanced around the kitchen, he noticed a plate covered in some saran wrap and walked over to it. Some fried rice had been made and covered for him.
The accompanying note made him laugh a little, because it was so predictable, yet heartwarming. Knowing he was by himself, he lifted the note and pressed a small kiss onto the small drawn face. Chuckling, he walked towards the living room, easily guessing where the source of his meal was. Fast asleep on the sofa, he could see that Eijun had been waiting up for him. He was curled into a ball, trying to stay warm in the slightly chilly room. It didn’t help that all Eijun seemed to have been wearing was a jersey and shorts. In his hands was one of the shoujo manga he’d been raving about all week – the main girl had finally held hands with the guy in question.
Kazuya felt a little bad that he’d made Eijun wait for him, but the guilt was gone when he realized which jersey that was. From his position behind the sofa, Kazuya couldn’t see Eijun’s face but he could see the prominent “2” on his back. Of course that idiot hadn’t worn his own jersey but Kazuya’s. Feeling the blush on his face appearing, he couldn’t help the wide grin that split across his face even as he tried to fight it down. Crossing around the sofa to reach Eijun, his smile softened when he saw peaceful look on Eijun’s face.
Crouching down, Kazuya raised a hand to run a light hand through Eijun’s hair. His smile grew again as Eijun subconsciously followed the hand, even as he pulled away. He let out another chuckle before settling his hand back down on Eijun’s head. Running his hands again through the silky hair, he raised his other hand to loosen the tie around his own neck. Finally removing it, he moved to stand up and collect his meal, but was stopped by a hand wrapping around his own. Glancing down he saw that Eijun had woken up from his ministrations. Smiling at the sleepy look in Eijun’s eyes, Kazuya crouched back down and pressed a soft kiss to his cheek.
“Hey Eijun.” Placing a hand on Eijun’s cheek, he rubbed it gently as he waited patiently for Eijun to wake up fully. Eijun wasn’t the most cognizant when he first awoke, and often took a little bit of time to become functional. Finally seeing that the sleep had left his eyes, Kazuya leaned forward and pressed a short kiss to his lips. “Tadaima Ei-chan~”
He grinned at the outraged look his nickname received, fully expecting Eijun to begin shouting as he usually did. Instead, he was surprised by Eijun reaching around to loop his arms around Kazuya’s neck and pull him closer.
“Okaeri Kazu-chan. You should have come home earlier...I wanted to surprise you.”
Blinking at the pout on Eijun’s lips, and then even more so at his words, all Kazuya could do was stare at Eijun. Sighing, he knew he’d lost this battle, though if he was to lose against anyone, against his own boyfriend wasn’t a bad one. Laughing, he leaned into the hug, and replied. “Sorry Eijun, coach just wouldn’t let me leave till we had gone through all the teams – you know we have some big games coming up.”
Wrapping his own arms around Eijun, Kazuya tugged him up into a sitting position on the sofa. Sitting down on the ground, he rested his head against Eijun’s knees. He was still exhausted, the clock on the wall reminding him how late it actually was. One of the hands that were resting on his neck began to play with the few baby hairs there, making him melt into Eijun’s lap. As the hand moved up towards the top of his head, and began scratching his scalp, Kazuya actually let out a low moan. Feeling the hand still, he tried to bite back the sound, but when the action continued again, he let out another long moan. He was just so tired, and Eijun’s hand felt so soothing that he couldn’t help the sounds coming out of his mouth.
Feeling, rather than seeing, the kiss Eijun pressed to his head, Kazuya tried to lean back to see his face. The gleaming eyes that he saw gave him a pause, before he blushed. Pushing himself up, he sat back onto the sofa. His hand remained tightly held by Eijun the whole time. Grinning, he leaned in closer, getting into Eijun’s space even more. Kazuya raised his free hand to cup Eijun’s cheek, a couple fingers stroking his cheekbone before making their way downwards. Tracing Eijun’s lips, he smirked at the jump his light touch caused. Glancing down at his lips, and then back to Eijun’s eyes, Kazuya felt his heart jump in his chest. Eijun, seemingly getting the message, put both of them out of their misery and leaned in closer, before finally kissing him.
Working from the corner of his lips, Kazuya peppered Eijun’s face with light kisses. When Eijun began whining, he pulled back a little and laughed at the desperate look thrown at him. Pressing their lips together, he sighed happily. Slowly deepening the kiss, he closed his eyes. Dropping his hand from EIjun’s cheek, he let it travel across his shoulders to the back of his head, allowing him even more access to Eijun. Tugging at a couple of the hairs at his nape, Kazuya felt the groan from Eijun spill into his mouth.
Languidly, Kazuya continued kissing Eijun, allowing the moment to just be maintained. He was too tired for anything else, feeling the exhaustion coming back into his shoulders. Eventually though, Eijun pulled back to run a hand down Kazuya’s neck. He tilted his head to the side, allowing Eijun to press soft kisses to his neck. As Eijun’s lips got closer to his pulse point, he felt his breath hitch when Eijun paused. When Eijun’s breath fanned over his skin, he felt himself shiver. Kazuya sighed as Eijun pressed a kiss against the newly warmed skin, letting it stay much longer the necessary, before he opened his mouth and bit down lightly. Kazuya groaned loudly, turning his head even more to let Eijun continue. When Eijun began sucking, Kazuya knew he was going to have a mark there the next day, but couldn’t be bothered to care.
However, when the hand dropped to his collarbone, he thought that maybe there would be more. Instead, Eijun completely stopped and pulled back.
Confused, Kazuya opened his eyes, only to see that Eijun was staring blankly at Kazuya’s shirt. Feeling self-conscious, Kazuya muttered his question, “what is it?”
Eijun shook his head, before replying. “It’s just...is that my shirt? You don’t own a light green shirt? Do you?”
Blushing, Kazuya turned his head away, embarrassed at having been caught. He hadn’t been able to find a shirt that morning, so he’d grabbed the first one he could in their closet. It just so happened to be Eijun’s.
But rather than answer Eijun, he gave his own question as a reply. “Well, then why are you wearing my jersey Eijun?”
Of course, instead of the blush he was hoping to see, Eijun only smiled and replied cheekily.
“Well, for you of course. I was going to surprise you when you came home.”
Of course his idiot who normally blushed at everything remotely romantic would be the one who beat him tonight. He definitely lost tonight. Pulling Eijun closer again, Kazuya laughed against his lips. Swallowing Eijun’s gasp, he chuckled again and replied.
“Then I guess we have another problem bakamura. The jersey. It’s still on you.”
