there are worry lines between hope’s eyes that she is trying to pretend aren’t there. the younger witch is looking up at bonnie with a hint of hope that she is also trying to pretend is not there. and all bonnie feels is her heart break for the weight on hope’s shoulders that never should have been there. it is not fair that the world, or fate, or destiny, has deemed that life demand sacrifices from the young. bonnie has lived through it, and she refuses to let hope live through it too. so she lies through her teeth, smiling with a confidence she doesn’t feel. “yeah. yes, of course. i have a plan.”
