sooo after seeing toby stephens in jane eyre (2006) which i'm obsessed with, and loving his version of mr. rochester so much, i went to his wiki page and found out that (not only is he maggie smith's son, wtf) he's also played in an adaptation of my other favorite brontë work, anne's the tenant of wildfell hall, and he's also played some of my favorite characters & character archetypes, including jay gatsby, oscar wilde, a bisexual pirate, and various professional shakespeare roles including the bisexual orsino, AND (this is the craziest part that i still can't get over) he read some of byron's work for a 2003 bbc documentary, including some of my favorite excerpts ever!!! this dude was literally invented to haunt all of my hyperfixations and torment me!
