Dear young creators,
Stay away from toxic people. People who act like a victim and say things like, “Your success is causing me stress” or “Your success is making me fail.” These types of people play the victim and act like you are hurting them, when in fact they are the ones hurting you.
There are all types of people in the world and these people are like leeches who depend on you to please them 24/7. But during that time they are causing you nothing but stress. Some good advice is to tell them how you feel about the situation.
Don’t ever drop something just because you think it will help them be a better person. If it’s causing them stress blatantly ask them why. It could be a misunderstanding, but in many situations they are allowing their jealousy to control their actions which then makes you feel guilty about going for your dreams.
Never let anyone, even a friend, let you give up on something you love. And always know that communication is very important, especially when something like this happens.
