Like the whole episode were Cas gets back from purgatory?? The scene where Cas admits going back to heaven would make him wanna die and Dean just listens?? Dean praying to him alone in his room?? Cas literally actively beating the shit out of Dean and he refuses to fight back and just keeps saying how much he needs Cas??

In the French Mistake they never really explained where the real Jensen and Jared went during the whole thing. Like one minute they were jumping through a window and then the next thing they know, Misha was murdered, The creator of the show was also killed. Their credit cards are maxed out and apparently they bought part of a dead person. Oh and they quit their jobs.
