So I argued today with someone about a social experiment where a woman and a man fake a rape in the men bathroom of a mall. Apparently, not a single man tried to do something to save the woman in question; the instant they walked into the bathroom to do their business, they ran away the moment they heard the screams and the sounds of the struggle.
This... someone, said "I'd have ran away too, because she was just a random woman, I don't have to help her". I asked him if she had a mother, sister, or a girlfriend, and I even asked him if he wished to have a daughter in the future, because his mother, sister, girlfriend and future daughter could also be a random woman to someone else. Just because you don't know someone, you're not supposed to say they're "random people" and go away.
Dad, mom, how hard is it to understand that I want another job? I don't want a job at one of those car factories, I want a simpler job. Yes, I know, I won't earn as much, but you know what? I'd be HAPPY.

Oh, I'm sick right now, actually. Every single time, before an interview, I feel nervous and dizzy, but this time I feel worse. It doesn't help that my parents want me to spend 30 years in that place. Figures, considering they made me study something I didn't want. However, I need the money, and also, I want to save 4000 dollars; that's enough money to buy a shirt printer and open a small geeky shirts business.
A guy from the factory I used to work called. They appointed an interview with me tomorrow. A part of me needs the money, the other part wants to fail so hard in that interview because I really hated that place. This time I must save my money to open my own business. No way I'm going to spend thirty years in that factory.
