RATS IN JAPAN. Whenever I travel, I always look for #rat figurines and symbols along the way. However, in #Tokyo I couldn’t find anything. That’s is until… I traveled to #Miyajima Island in #Hiroshima ! On this island lives the most stunning shrine over the water and as you hike up Mount #Misen you find cute statues everywhere. People place coins on these statues to bless them and show gratitude. And look what I found! A #rattie statue! And if you look closely, I placed a coin between his little hands, because #rats deserve #love too!
