I’m trying to find a solo Misha panel where he talks about meeting with a fan, a girl with green hair, and then he goes on to talk about how we should all be weird. I don’t think it’s the first panel he coined “Normal as an insult”, but I think he reiterates it here, so it’s one of his earlier cons.

I can see it in my mind's eye. It's sorta grainy and it's shot more from his right side, and he's wearing a dark jacket....
